The 2015 Brain Bee included 23 students from 8 area schools encompassing each of these 3 regions; Baltimore City, Baltimore County and Harford County.
Our winner was Jennifer MacDonald, from Eastern Technical High School, who came in 3rd place at last year’s 16th Annual Bee. In second place was Aishwarrya Jayapal, of Dulaney Valley High School, who also came in 2nd place last year. Our third place winner was Avi Khan from Towson High School, who had also competed in a prior Bee.
There were 4 students from Coppin State Honors College, one from CCBC Catonsville Stem Scholars program, and 2 Faculty/Graduate student volunteers from Johns Hopkins University (Judge, Grand Inquisitor) who helped us plan and execute the event.
